Come up to Christmas can be a stressful time for many and Mental Health is something that should be looked after just as much as Physical Health so the one thing that we should be making sure is staying fit and healthy is our brains! This post is just a little reminding that the brain is the most important thing we own and we should make sure that it’s being treated well.

In a previous post (Here) I spoke about loving your body, you only get one life why waste it not being happy but that’s more easily said than done isn’t it? But there is something more important you should love and take care of just as much and that’s your mind, yep, the old noggin, It’s a huge deal, you use it everyday from the moment it developed to the moment it no longer is alive, it has a big part at making your body function so why wouldn’t you take care of it?


Mental Health has always been around it’s just never been so openly spoken about like it is in recent years, but this post isn’t just about Mental Health it’s about the over all health of your mindย and to keep it a mainly positive place, I say mainly positive because there is no one in this world that doesn’t have some sort of worry or stress in their life,ย the world is a stressful and worrisome place, but that doesn’t mean to get your phone out and start posting your personal issues on Facebook or Twitter, if you are having a bad day the best thing to do for your head is to log off. Go for a walk, read a book, have a nap the list is endless!! All you have to do it switch off for 15 mins and give you and your brain a well deserved rest if you are feeling stressed.


Remember looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health.
